how do you make a .sm or .dwi file for a song because i want to use my own mp3s for step mania

Make a song folder like all of your other song, but with just the mp3 in it and then start stepmania and go to "Edit/Sync song" and pick that song and make it in stepmania there. It will create a .sm and .dwi files once you save from there.
