http://www.stepmania.com has a few, but the really good ones are on some message board somewhere. I think it may be DDRManiax or something.

Also, I'm working on two themes right now. One is sweet as hell. The other is lame. You can always wait for me to finish and release mine. It shouldn't be much longer.
