Well every time I try to open it that error box pops up and says like access violation or some shiet. This only started happening today wtf!

Either:
1) you have a bad video card. Just upload a better one from the site you bought your machine. Don't forget about Direct X 8.1(or higher) from the micrsoft website.
2) Your computer can't handle it. Most computers can;t handle stepmania if they were purchased from 4 years ago.
(It might think its a virus or something)
3) You can simply go to the site itself in the Faq section.
4) Try getting the CVS version.
and I guess I should put this in as well. If your computer kinda f's-up (ie: Your window kind of at the way bottom instead of the normal posistion) Then go to options, and find the setting for window or full screen. Set it to window mode. It helps alot for me big time.
I at least hope this was of some help or i posted yet again for no reason. Probably did...

Lol I reinstalled it and it works fine. I think I accidently changed some video option and because of that it wouldn't let me even go in the game. O well.My sig rocks...Comment
