    erf.. wierd problem..

i just dled archs megapack, all the sm/dwis load and stuff, but sum song steps r messed up. for instance, it goes all normal and good in the beginning, and then a long period of time without n e steps and the the steps appear again, but its "lagged" because the steps dun match the music beat, and after the music ended, the steps r still going and the game ends when the steps finish.... n e 1 know how to fix this? i hav this problem is it because im using the stepmania.exe final?

    1. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LEARN TO TYPE IN COMPLETE SENTENCES... i got a headache reading that
    2. do you mean 3.0 final?
    3. no idea how to fix your problem... seems like your computer is lagging. try closing down other programs that you are running at the same time as SM. also, what are the specs on your comp?

definately upgrade to one of the 3.9s i would recommend alpha20. i would not recommend alpha24 or rc1.

3.0 final came out over 2 years ago... the most recent alphas came out less than 2 weeks ago.

You also could try to sync the steps yourself.

his issue isn't with the sync, its with the lag.

but, incase you do have sync issues... you can either re-sync it yourself, or use F6.

lock'd, because the questions has been answered.
