ok, I'm using SM CVS. I've put in 5 songs into the folder and everything, they work in the edit/syn arrows and challenge mode, but whenever I try to go to "Heavy" and play and of the songs, it crashes and says an error has occured. Why does it work everywhere but here? anyone know?

Do you have any kind of special theme other than default? That'll crash it for sure. Have you looked at your options as well to make sure you didn't check something weird?
If nothing works, try reinstalling. At least you only have 5 songs compared to people who have hundreds.Don\'t think cause I understand, I care.

Hey, that same thing happens to me, except instead of "Heavy" it happens under "Endless" mode... all i did to fix it was uninstall/reinstall... other than that, I dont see what else you can do.Comment

I didn't put any themes in. I guess I'll try the uninstall/reinstall... just put the songs in a temp folder for now so they don't get deleted and put them back after. (BTW, I just finished my first song, and I'm pretty happy with it. Do you need premission to post your SM songs for people to download, or is that just if your submitting it to FFR? because I doubt all 1000ish (or whatever) on most SM sites have permission =P)Comment

if the reinstall doesnt work, try Stepmania v3.0 final instead.
