    Can anyone tell me what Judge 1 is and how to turn it on if I want, I heard its like cheating or something. Whats Note+ I know what Note is...?

      When in SM go to
      options->machine options->judge difficulty

      Note plus is a note skin that arch0wl made that looks a lot like note except its a little more colorful and it doesnt't show the note color for holds.

                  thats the rate

                  on the second page after selecting a song
                  go down towards tge bottom and you'll see something that'll say 1.0
                  you can change that 1.0x to anythign between that and 2.0x
