Under the little man button(which is the register link) on the left and it is the O2Jam guy in a blue button. That is the download link.

Now I got to the register part, inputed my Screen name area code and password. Why wont it let me join. The left green/white button is 14 and older. So why isnt it working.

In korea Everyone has their own unique number called "Residence registration number

Some Korean websites ask for you number and name when you try to register.
So they can check info you gave for registration.
