please help programs used to make banners

i love ffr and stepmania and i wanted to start to make a stepmania song but i want to know how to make a banner what programs are you guys using? photoshop?

There are quite a few programs you can use....

There is Flash, Fireworks, and most used, if you have the right plug-ins, is Photoshop.... If you're a lazy bastard you could use paint like I do..... lol
