I appreciate the creativity with your stepping. That being said, I highly encourage you to get in touch with stepartists either in this community or in the ITG community (specifically stamina players since you are releasing pad stamina files), so they can help you learn how to sync your charts better. Alot of charts look like you just picked a random BPM and tossed on whatever quantization worked close enough to feeling "appropriate".
