use dbz noteskin or edit your noteskin to use dividebyzero holds, theyre super easy to read

My main issue with Etterna is how the receptors don't flash when you hit like in FFR.

Thanks, I figured there would be a solution.

Oh, one final question.
I play FFR with amazings turned on and perfects turned off so that I don't see any accuracy indication in the middle of my screen when I'm hitting perfects. Is this an option in Etterna?

Also, is it an easy process converting an FFR noteskin to etterna? Like take an existing etterna noteskin and replace the graphics or something.

Judgement graphics can be customized. You can find them in ..\Assets\Judgments. Make a copy of "default 1x6" and edit the graphic however you please. Open the Assets menu in-game by double clicking the bottom left square.

Noteskins are pretty easy to do basic edits to, especially graphics replacements. If there's something you want to do that you can't figure out, look at other noteskins that do what you're looking for and see if you can copy it (or ask for help in the #addons channel in the EO discord).

Also, I just want to send a message out to anyone who wants to play Etterna like it's FFR: I won't tell you you're wrong for enjoying the game the way you want, but do consider being a bit more open minded. There's such a huge breadth of content waiting to be explored, so why limit yourself to what's already familiar to you? Learning new shit's fun.

For me it's to the contrary, the holds look invisible and I'll let go of them a lot.

Had to download the old Note+ skin and remove pretty much everything from the UI that comes pre-packaged in the game except for combo and judgement texts and it still runs choppy

Oh also no chord cohesion made me realize how reliant on it I was because I can't seem to get anywhere close to the scores I used to pull off and it's demotivating =(
