Not put them on your computer, I already know how to do that, but how do u MAKE the songs?

They're called stepfiles or dwi's
You make them in the stepmania editor or a notepad.
Just create a new folder, put a song, and create a new dwi for it. Then you can open up the editor and start making steps. The editor has basic instructions inside.
