Does this song exist for SM?

I've searched every site I can think of and I can't find it. I believe it's from the 7th mix of DDR. It's called "Dive Into the Night." Anyone know if it exists for StepMania (or even DWI)?

BitTorrent (method DDRUK distributes its files) is a poor excuse for peer to peer. I upload at 120Kbps+ and download 1KBps. And that's after leaving it on for an hour. I swear that utility needs to die.

I think a lot of people don't have any idea how bittorrent works, so the instant it isn't giving them more then they're sending they automatically dismiss the entire format...

torrents work both off downloading leachers (who send what they have, as well) and seeds. Seeds have completed copies, and they distribute to leachers. No seeds, or busy ones, and you can never finish a torrent. You can only be connected to so many people at the same time, and even if a torrent has a seed, it doesn't mean you'll be connected to one.

Bittorrent is an EXCELLENT method for distrobution because it's one of the few methods that forces the user to share back by connecting you to the entire group of people wanting that file. Also, because each torrent is a specific file/set of files, it ensures that if there is interest in the file, it's far more accesable. I've seen torrents with 4-5 diget seed counts. It's not perfect since most alternate clients can limit your upload, and nothing but outside intervention (IP banning) can enforce uploading fair shares. Also, the majority of connections in the world tend towards asymetric connections, more download then upload. This does put more of a burden on symetrical connections, who have a larger upload pipe to send information. Atlthough to be fair, they tend to have big download pipes as well and tend to finish things DRASTICALLY faster then most asymetric connections, which tend to be smaller on the download as well as upload.

Torrents have finite life spans, and are best used for files with high interest. So no, it's not perfect, but I think it ensures that people can actually get stuff, otherwise it's just people leaching.

Perhaps you need to look it information on the format before basing your opinion solely on one file... UNLESS you're going to foot the gigantic bills that people have to pay to maintain leaching based hosting, then I doubt you're going to get BT replaced anytime soon. Client based distrobution was a brilliant idea.

I think it's cool that it's one of the only ways a download will actually go FASTER when more people want it.
