Problems with running StepMania 5

Hello!, i've been really interested playing Stepmania now, the game became much more fun since i started focusing on it and found setting i'm comfortable playing with but i've been having problems with the game, i've been getting

choppy FPS when ever it comes around a hard map and i can't even focus on getting a good score or so and it's just not that fun to play with lag, It's been like that since i installed the transcendence theme but i'm not sure, i tried to

lower many setting and i still get lag cleaned my pc and disabled aero theme in win 7 while running advanced system care and still no luck, i would lower the res from fullscreen but i just can't play properly without the game being fullscreen.

Any setting or themes that might help with this fps drops that would be awesome!

Thanks for the guide it went great! boosted nearly up to 200fps no choppy or lag at all, this guide is really usefull!

So now that i don't experience lag, i can finally be able to play Stepmania seriously and hopefully release charts lol. i've been doing my homework on jumpstream charting so i hope you like 200bpm+ js

this is why i'm not excited to have you here, mostly because of these happenings.

no, he's straight from the osu community. a bunch of us just happen to have had the misfortune of dealing with him in the past lol

if you observe what I said, it's basically saying that dealing with you is pretty tedious, and a lot of people have to, because we care about rhythm games, and the community surrounding it.

you seem to have misinterpreted it as an attack on you, and are trying to plaster a motivation on me without even thinking, because apparently you have an irrational hatred/dislike for me.

the difference is that there's rationality in my thought
