Quasar sped up version

I've downloaded a quasar stepfile but it's not the one I am looking for. The one I am looking for is with the music sped up by 1.5x and shown in this video;

He just put it on rate 1.5x. It's the same stepfile.

I've upped the speed in the options but the music speed stays the same, the song is slower in the stepfile I've downloaded.

Yeah, you're probably upping the speedmod (make the arrows scroll faster.)

To up the speed of the music itself, look for an option called "rate".
