[SM5 Noteskin] Velocity

At one point I did try to port the Velocity noteskin from FFR into SM awhile back, if only because I was bored and wanted to just create something at the time. The one I host at my ZiV thread is still the old version, since I decided I'll just post this version here first since I'd like to know what you guys think of it.

This one borrows code from the Trotmania team instead of one old NS I forgot the name of already.

Wait, when you talk about your "old" version, you mean 3.95 compatible? Mind giving the link to that one as well?

By old version I do refer to both a older build of the SM5 version as well as a version for 3.95, the thing is that the 3.95 version was never finished (Probably won't be either, especially since the files for those are stuck on a laptop that is long dead.)

I may somehow scrounge up a 3.95 version later, but I wouldn't hold your breath.

seriously if there is a thing that would make me move to sm5, it would be that noteskin. Too bad I can't switch themes for the life of me at this point ( I like mine too much

So I've decided use my free time to port this, I didn't have my old files for it anywhere so I've had to pretty much start over with this hopefully Wafles doesn't mind me using some of his files to make this

Most of everything in here should be working but I'll still consider it a wip. I forgot how to add support to rolls on older versions.

On the 3.95 one? Sorry, haven't had the time to actually clean it up since I first wanted to just get a version that works for people to try out before I finalize it

speaking of finalizing I'm slightly editing the sm5 version because I just noticed a few things about it that doesn't look right so I'll update the main post when I do.

I'll have to look into that too, then - rather talk to the guy who made most of the code for the sm5 version. Still, the slight fix for the sm5 version for graphical errors will be updated and then I can probably look into the more technical stuff if it doesn't work properly still.

sm5 is getting a noteskin redesign soon in 5.1 so I'm going to have to spend the next few days porting noteskins, you could wait till 5.1 gets released before fixing stuff for the sm5 ver

edit: also here is an example of it being smaller with no duplicates cuz lua

also seeing you have 2 skins in it, you can easly make it smaller by using fallback

the fallback also works for 3.95 noteskins, which is nice so you dont have 2 huge noteskins filled with redirects, and just a noteskin with a ini and 1 image fallback on another noteskin, keeps stuff nice and clean ^_^
