Help me start Stepmania!

Hello, so I've downloaded stepmania in the past but everything about it was wrong for me. Like the theme and noteskins and hell even the scroll direction at first. Like I want the notes to atleast scroll in the middle of the screen!!
Anyways, if anybody has a download for a stepmania client that is extremely similar to simply playing ffr on R^3 and are willing to link the download i'd be eternally thankful!

There are options for you to play the game centered. Sadly I don't know where cause it varies from each version

You can get noteskins easily by googling your stepmania version followed by noteskin.

Same for themes. Instead of noteskins put themes.

The problem with this here is that much of it varies from theme to theme and depending if you're on 3.9 or 5. If you need download links, Candor (Elspectra) and many others put together this spreadsheet that you can use to start finding packs to download and a suitable theme. Anybody is free to add songs on here, so please be respectable to the spreadsheet.

To answer the question about the scroll being in the middle, in the Ultralight Theme (and for the standard SM5 theme iirc) you want to go to follow these instructions:

Options -> UI Options -> Center 1 Player [ON] Lol this spoiler was really not necessary
