The first ~3 HSMP's were decent only because there had been a ton of hard single releases with no packs for them over many years of bemanistyle being the way to release stuff. After that, the packs took a huge dive because Izzy (or whoever else assembled them) pulled tons of files from midare packs, linus packs, cetaka packs for example, and then later on just accepted incredibly low quality files.

Gundam-Dude has more or less been at the forefront for compiling high quality single releases that are both easy and difficult so it somewhat covers this area. I think another HSMP could work but the selection process needs to be changed.
