Cant play a certain file

The problem is that it wont play the music.
The file is fine and stuff, but i guess he wont recognize the music for the file.

The mp3 is named:
"02 JERSEYG暁SPIRIT" .., so there is something wrong with the "G暁" , then i took a look at the .sm file , and it says "02 JERSEYG暁SPIRIT.mp3" as well , so why the heck wont it work?

i even changed both to "02 JERSEY SPIRIT.mp3" ...
after i reloaded the files, its still on mute.

even if you reload the file, stepmania load from the cache before loading the edited .sm file, so you could delete your entire cache to make it work, or find the sm file in the cache and delete that to do basicly the same but without loosing your scores and stuff
