3.95 error

I downloaded 3.95 off the SMO website, It's giving me this error once it loads the songs.

There was an error while initializing your video card.

PLEASE DO NOT FILE THIS ERROR AS A BUG!

Video Driver: NVIDIA GeForce 9300 GE (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM v1.1)

Initializing OpenGL...
Your system is reporting that OpenGL hardware acceleration is not available. Please obtain an updated driver from your video card manufacturer.

^ I've never had this error before with any stepmania version, I also tried to update my graphics card but windows says it's fine.

Any idea guys? My 3.9 loads fine.

in my experience, installing on non-protected folders is the best. Windows 7 onward they included this retarded write protection on program files folder and it gan create quite a few issues.

Yeah. It just really threw me off, like .. I don't need to run 3.9 as Admin, yet 3.95 i did. Wasn't exactly the first thing i'd think of considering 3.9 works just fine.
