even though ive been told a few time not to get a psx-usb converter, i did....any suggestions to the ^V's and the < >'s to work?
i looked for the topic eslewhere

AFAIK you can't just "make" them work. It depends on the converter itself. Some work, some don't.

sometimes there is stuff you can change in the properties, or maybe just a really simple mod or something to the converter, i dunno. im gonna just try and get the one SM recommends

On liksang.com you can buy a converter that will make those doubles work perfectly. It is between 10 and $15. Click on the Playstation 2 link on the left and then the cables and adaptors link in the same place on the left side on the next page. It should be made by the company "Boom". Go to the FAQ to make sure you have the right adaptor. I think all the ones made by "Boom" should work though.
