songs not saving

so i finished making 3 kickass charts for Vertex Delta (the real one) in DDReam over the course of 3 days and when i loaded up SM to playtest, the song wouldn't show up. of course, i reloaded the songs from disk to see if it wasn't updated, but it still didn't show up. i checked the .sm file, and it's fucking blank, which is complete bullshit since i saved like 300 times while making it.

is it possible to recover from history or something. this REALLY pisses me off because it was the best file i made so far, and it's gone.

yes, and it's empty. it's not even synced and has no beats.

You're screwed I think. I'd recommend with ddream always saving as .ds then converting to .sm when you're ready to playtest.

argh i guess it's my fault then. i stopped saving as .ds to keep my song folders uncluttered.

edit: i found the previous versions thing that windows has, but it was from yesterday so it's only about half done on the 1st chart >_> better than nothing i guess
