Some Indonesian perfume place managed to snag the spot for the windows download of stepmania 3.9 on stepmania.com. I happen to need it to make a .dwi file. Anyone have a download link?

Yep, sounds ridiculous. The only reason is that the tool they use needs .dwi files to make FFR files. So whatever songs you submit must be of the .dwi format.
