Help setting DDR pad up with DWI....

Hello all. I'm hoping someone might be able to help me... I just started setting DWI up today, and all's well with that, but I'm running into problems using my pad with it. I bought a RadioShack PSX to USB adapter for it- and I know, every reference I've read says that it's utterly useless and something about axes mapping and it will only read one button at a time- but I've heard that other adapters with this problem can be rigged up with joystick emulator programs like JoyToKey and work.

Any insight? Or am I just screwed altogether?

The problem witht he adaptor is probabaly, by what u said (i have no knowledge of the adaptor at all), u probabaly mean that the adaptor will not let you press left and right, or up and down. I personally have a 'Super Dual Box' or something, and it works perfectly for me, also i play with stepmania. On some adaptors (like mine), u have to press start-select-up for 3 seconds to switch to "dance mode" so you can use the oad perfectly. Hope this helped!

If you dont want to buy a new converter, try it on stepmania, it might work better.
