    Tapmania!

    Old news, I know, I know, but hey, I just found out about it. I figured, since the last post about this was made 2 years ago, maybe some people are new to this as well!

    In the App Store and on Android, the makers of Stepmania have a game called Tapmania which is pretty much a spot on port of stepmania for your iPhone. You can even upload your own songs, noteskings and themes. I mean, damn. It's all free, as well. I'm having a great time playing this while riding the train to school.

    Arch0wl made a thread about how to make Stepmania popular again recently, I started thinking that Tapmania could be an awesome solution if it benefited from some bit of advertisement... no?

              I played the game here and there over the course of a couple weeks. It's really cool and all but how do you get your SM files on to that game?

                  Simple!

                  Go to the game on your ipod/android/whatever -> go to options -> file manager

                  While having that open in your iphone, go to your pc and enter the website they give you (a bunch of numbers). Your pc has to be connected on the same wifi as your phone. Upload your files, if you're still in the "file manager" section in the game, it should work. Leave options: your songs are in!

                      I will try this right now.
                      It says the file transfers are successful but they don't show up on the list or in the game.

                              just downloaded it and played 2 songs
                              worked so far without a hitch ill try out the whole adding songs thing later
                              btw im on an android phone

                                      You can adjust pretty much everything! I especially love the fact you can make the pad auto track your fingers. Works very well.
