Grats on the permission get, but you might wanna think of getting rid of some of the more ridiculous spikes if you're going to submit this to FFR, such as the 48th stream around 6 minutes in and the long 24th left arrow jacks. I can guarantee this file wouldn't get accepted in its current state, but after removing the more ridiculous stuff and tweaking some patterns to avoid too much repetition, it might stand a chance at passing judgment.

Wow. I'm surprised how well this was sync'ed.

The song is still way too long and uninteresting for the most part (some parts really are empty compared to others, you could definitely trim it) and has too many spikes of difficulty. It wouldn't pass as of now, but, with more tuning, it might just make it.

I find it too long in general. Around 3 minutes, the interest is gone. But hey, that's just my opinion. If I were you I wouldn't even pay attention to me and just send it to the next batch the way I want it to be!

IMHO:

Your chart is lack luster much in the way of stepping it properly. There's worlds more you can do with this and your idea that this chart is "hard" or even complete is pretty wrong, borderline disgusting.

There's a lot of layering / changes you can do to maintain a difficulty throughout this song, a short example would be simply putting in a layer for the drums at parts (I feel as if you open this and actually listen to it you'll know where I am referring to.) Those runningmen probably aren't nearly as hard for us as you think they are. I do also have to give props for using one of my favorite patterns. It looks like you've got a fantastic skeleton, just go make changes and layer it. Make it entertaining rather than spikey. No one likes charts that spike. Trust me on that.

Good luck with the chart though. Look forward to seeing it progress.

The jacks do go to the song, but to be honest, I'd probably have a harder time PAing the broken jacks than the streams you've got there. Also, runningmen that slow really aren't that difficult, especially when you have the repeating arrow on the left or right like you do.

Ugh, those grace notes after the long staircase around 3 minutes. Could translate into headaches for some people.

4:12, if you're going to have a pause that long, might as well end the file there. Up to this point, the only obstacle a lot of people will have with AAAing this file will be the sheer length. (This isn't the first time a pause this long happens in the song, either.)

Okay, the anchor/trill combo around 5:30 looks legitimately difficult for spread but totally manageable on index, but I'd think twice about the trill suddenly doubling in speed while keeping the same two arrows. At least make it into a stream when it goes there.

What the hell are those minijacks near the end? At least make it so that more than one arrow gets mashed at that point. There's something to be said for attention to pitch relevance, but strict adherence to the policy gives you what we see here. By now you're probably dealing with stamina issues if you're actually playing the file, and demanding that much control that far in is what we refer to as "a dick move."

Some parts were mildly interesting but the majority was the same thing over and over, leading into gayass dumps

Also I wouldnt play a 6+ minute file for a song like that more than once.

That being said it would be easy to pass just dumb to score on. Not that a lot of people would try =/ Just saying...

It kinda looks like fun, but it's too long. I got bored watching the entire thing about halfway through. You should post a link for some of us to play test it, I'm sure someone will give feedback to help make the chart even better.
