i just resently got stepmania, and was wondering if their were any dubstep simfiles made by anyone o-o

Dubstep is a genre that is known in the community and therefore it's quite commonly stepped.
If you're asking if there's any pack solely focused on the dubstep genre, I'm not sure, but I think it doesn't exist yet. However, there are keyboard packs that feature some dubstep songs-based simfiles.

The FFR Partyy Pack 1 has some dubstep in it. Also, WinDEU's Sick Wubs is all dubstep (but you need to have a specific version to play it with all of the mods it has in it; they can still be played normally though). I don't really know of any other packs that have a lot of dubstep though; mostly just one or two here and there. Try out R21Freak and see what they have there.

There was a Dubstep Minipack released awhile ago but it's lost in the depths of MU. I've no idea where the pack is on my computer otherwise I'd upload it.
