I need help

hey i got DDR for the computer but I have a problem with the ps. to USB adaptor. It is a new Super Dual box and it has this delay (that most people know about) I herd you can cut the LED but I don't know how to do that. so can someone tell me that I can get rid of the delay without
1..getting a new adaptor
2..getting a PS/PS2
also if someone can tell me how cut the LED that would be great.

Srry I cant help you, I only play on PS2 and Arcade but I hope someone helps you out cuz the sitaution that your in sux!
