It stands for PSP Revolution, and its like Stepmania or FFR. Its downloadable, and you can take files off stepmania.com and I think off flashflashrevolution.com and add them to PSPR. I've seen some videos of people running it on their PSPs on youtube, but only through hacked firmwares like 3.90M33, 3.95M2+, 3.40-OE, and 3.40-OE-A-2. Since all are hacked firmwares, they may break your PSP, so I never downloaded them. My question is, does anyone know if PSPR runs on Sony-issue firmwares, like 3.73, or the most recent, 3.95? I'm just wondering, because an FFR-like game on the go would be amazingly sweet.

Re: PSPR
Mod your PSP...
Long story but...
I used to pay for games. I modded my PSP after getting tired of paying for games. Success! But I haven't touched it since.

Re: PSPR
Yea you either have to Downgrade your PSP or Mod it.
When i had a PSP i had PSPR on there, to tell you the truth it kinda sucked...
there was no speed mods so every song was kinda hard to read(well the ITG ones)XBL Gamertag: ddranthony92

Re: PSPR
PSPR does have speedmods, in fact I'm pretty sure just like stepmania you can add speed mods if you just edit the text file (not too sure about this though, I know it has speed mods though)
You can add whatever songs you want just like stepmania also, so difficulty is only an issue of have good you are.
True it wasn't the best game though, it's fun to waste time with at least

Re: PSPR
I don't remember the settings changing when editing the .txt file. I had tried something like that a while back.
This isn't to say that PSP has no speed mods, it can go up to a 2x.
It would REALLY be cool to see some CMODS.

Re: PSPR
Actually, the newest version of PSPR for download had built in speed mods, in the options section or something. But, to address ddranthony92's point, what is the highest firmware does it need to be downgraded to but still be able to run on? 1.50? I'd be happy with any rhythm game on PSP (except Parappa the Rapper), so I'll do just about anything but hack it to get PSPR.Originally posted by tofurox;RoflwagonComment

Re: PSPR
I did this a year ago... so i really don't remember, i think 1.50 is right, I'm pretty sure i made threads here last summer asking about this. I ended up buying GTA liberty City Stories to downgrade it.XBL Gamertag: ddranthony92
