Now before i get my ass chewed out by making this read i just want to say that i know that a thread was made and stickyed about HOW to do crossovers.... now i have been playing ddr/itg for about 2 months now and i still cant get the hang of crossovers. i would just like to know a good way to Practice them. and by saying this i dont want smart comments like "Do rhyme and police or digital explosion over and over again till you get them" no, i have tried but i just cant seem to get them right i always have a tendency to double step them which is not the proper way. so if anyone has any good feedback on how they learned crossovers or how they practiced them, i would greatly appreciate it

Re: Crossovers
Make sure to turn your ENTIRE body to the side when you're doing a crossover...and just don't doublestep--take a miss if it comes to that. I suggest not trying to learn crossovers on anything but 1st stage, though.4th Official FFR Tournament - Master division champion!

Re: Crossovers
The best player I know double steps all the time. It really comes down to how fast the crossover is, and what arrows come after it. Sometimes it is more practical to double step in harder difficulties.
And sometimes it comes to personal preference. Many people are more accurate with double stepping.

Re: Crossovers
I meant if you're trying to learn crossovers, just make sure you don't doublestep instead of crossing over when it's appropriate. Obviously it's better to doublestep sometimes. The best player I know double steps all the time. It really comes down to how fast the crossover is, and what arrows come after it. and the ABSOLUTE winner.... FFR thong with "Too Tight" across the front. the back would also work, but then it wouldn't be a thong.

Re: Crossovers
For hilarity factor, keep left foot on left arrow, right on right, and just step-slide to down whenever needed.Comment

Crossover is a DDR term when you use your right foot to hit the left arrow or your left foot to hit right arrow. You use this to avoid doublestepping (using the same foot for two consecutive arrows).Comment
