If Heavy I say take it easy on the slow or easier parts in the song.
Like before it speeds up just try to only lift your fit just enough to hit the notes so you'll have energy to do the fast crossovers.

If you can't read the steps, look at stepcharts. Although stepcharts didn't help me very much, it might help you. You can find all of the songs and their stepcharts on:
