    Endurance

What is the best way, or best songs to practice for endurance? I have been playing alot lately, and run out of endurance very fast. Im stuck at 7 footers simply because I get tired after 7-8 songs, and would like to advance to what i know i could do with higher endurance. Thanks in advance :-p

Also, any other tips would be nice, The only thing I really know besides instinct is crossovers and gallops.

    RE: Endurance

running and sports. I sucked at endurance til i started playing rocket football. You seriously need to take up some sports even if you do suck at them, i can't catch a football and i've played for 3 years. Running would probably also help. Go for track. For songs, whore the max's on standard, when you get tired push yourself til your sweating bullets. It takes a long time to build endurance. unless your on steroids, but then you can't think fast enough to move your feet to the arrows now can you?

7-8 songs? Thats not suprising, if you play 7-8 songs nonstop its normal to get tired. Continue playing 7-8 songs, you'll get more stamina after you do it for a while, and thus helps for harder songs.

I dont mean non stop mode, but i do mean with just playing and switching to a different song. I dont mean I can play that many without getting tired either. Thats just the point where I say **** that and stop playing or downsize to standard. (basially means im beyond tired :-p)

I played for almost 3-5 hours today and was only at the arcade for about 7-8, so i guess I'm getting better. Thanks for the suggestions, keep them coming.

Hmm...if you're looking for songs that can help you with building endurance, I can suggest that you work on the 7-foot onis like Sexy Planet (from Nonstop Megamix) and B4U (B4 ZA Beat mix). The first one has a lot of air, and the second has some fairly fast eighth streams (it's 170 bpm, faster than the original). Of course, then you have the speedy version of Can't Stop Fallin' In Love, a 9-footer on Heavy with a speed of about 190 bpm (don't remember the exact figure), and the whole song is one big eighth stream. The jacks are what give most people trouble, though.
