This is a question mainly for an admin, but to give pfroof that i own an account can i send a message or do anything from a computer i played on my other name. I didnt use this other computer to sign up but i played on it. Would you be able to link the ip addresses even if the computer wasnt used to sign up with?

What if different people use that computer? You could well take someone else's account just because you both have access to it. Not trying to incriminate you but pointing out why it's not foolproof.Patashu makes Chiptunes in Famitracker:
