gift subscriptions
i got a gift subscription for a friend. i already purchased it. do i send it somehow to her or does she automatically get it?

Actually there are some issues with gift subbys right now. Jasonkey is the one with access and he has not been on in a couple months :/
Suggestion to anyone that wants to get someone a subby. Just transfer funds directly into their paypal because when you purchase one for yourself it automatically starts.

Gift subscriptions need to be manually activated by an administrator. The only active member of the administration is Tasselfoot and he doesn't have access to the company paypal account to confirm payment.
Your options are to wait until administrator Jasonkey comes back, and activates it, or contact Tasselfoot with all the pertinant information, including screenshots of paypal's proof of payment etc, and see if he will manually activate it for you.Comment
