I think RATO has been AAA'd, but only by cheaters/bots. Many people (like, 50) have FC'd it although nobody knows how many of those people are legit. I think a legitimate AAA is technically possible but I would not bet on it ever happening.

A FC is definitely possible, as a matter of fact, I'm one of those who has done it (You have no idea how frustrating it is). A AAA is also possible (thanks to no av-misses), but anyone who even gets near it will be called a hacker or a cheater. Let's face it, no one is going to get such a score legitimately, ever.
