rearrange random thoughts

so yeahhhh. i use my random thoughts quite frequently
and because you only have five entries that get displayed, i try my best to keep the most important on top of the list. but sometimes, things happen, so i post something else, and it breaks the balance D:
so i had the most randomest thought about being able to rearrange your RT entries.

Ive found myself writing lots of rt's lately, that seems like a good idea. Like, being able to move them up or down.
