I was lurking around public profiles and just realized I couldn't access the public profile page of the 1660000th member.

It says I don't have permission to access this page.

And then I realized I could see the public profile of the 1660001st and the 1659999th member.

How does this happen? Is this member a special one?

Edit: Now that I looked into it more, I think it's because he or she is a COPPA member (user awaiting moderation).
