              Or you could make your profile private. That way only your friends would see your top friends, if that's more like what you want.

                      Maybe shes wondering how to get it back to showing all of the friends instead of top 16. In that case you just delete your top 16. You can also just hide all friends in general by setting show to no on that section.

                          I dont think there is an option to hide top friends, but if there is one, then you can. But I doubt it.

                                      Usually when I see options to hide my friends I automatically think I cant hide them. thanks for the clarification
