Probably the first time that I've complained about it not working in a long time...

But it isn't working. Hasn't been working for me for the last few days.

Has the problem been known/will it be fixed soon?

It's been very off and on over the past few days. I've been getting the Connection Failed message, but then a couple of hours later it will be working again. So just keep checking back. I know I've informed Tass at least once during this time period so it's a known issue.
