Complete profile overhaul

I'm tired of my profile i used it for quite some time now. I want invisible background like i have and i want a banner on top of it if that is possible, just like i do i guess. I want an avatar that goes with it too lol. I'm willing to offer credits for well done work, less if it sucks. PM or drop a word on my wall for more info. Please no starters, I could probly do one myself but im not willing to put time on it and im a bit of a noob at photoshop especially since i dont have it xD.
