Imo, if you sacrifice readability for classiness, it's a bad profile.

Those glowing lines look familiar so I'm not sure if you made them yourself or if they're just brushes. It's a fairly simple technique to achieve using the pen tool, however.
The wings/floral brush in the background is meh. It seems slapped on.
Text is even more meh.
However it does look like this could become a good piece.
P.S. I'd suggest not telling everyone that you made all the pictures yourself if you're using brushes that someone else made.

You definitely want to lengthen that background to about 3000 pixels if you can and have it flow from your banner. Having two different graphics makes an awkward separation and does no good for continuity.
Colors clash in my opinion, and you didn't do anything to your Daily Stats section, which is kind of an eyesore if left in the default scheme.Comment

I know i need more FC's and AAA's but i dont feel like getting them, im trying to get under 10k Total rank in the next 2 days and ill make a new picture that goes with my avatar but i dont think i can make it to 3000 in length because of the size limitComment

To my personal taste, I like the designs, but the overall profile I don't like.Removed a .gif image so your total signature size isn't well over 1MB. Keep this in mind for the future.
