Suggestion: Deny All Function

There's an Accept all friend requests option for multiple requests. I don't see why there shouldn't be a Deny all friend requests option or even a Block all friend requests option.

Many of my friend requests are comprised of various people that I don't know. Many profiles also state their denial of "friend farming". Regardless of that, people keep requesting. It's annoying when unattended friend requests build up and users have to confirm every denial for each request, then wait for the page to reload.

I think what he means is that if you have a very large list of friend requests and you wish to deny every one of them, there should be a button that allows you to do so in one click.

There are cases where I would want people to request me as a friend. There are some good and valid requests that I would want to accept. I don't want to permanently block all friend requests. I only want to be able to delete the junk requests all at once.

Out of the 200 requests that some popular people have, they can accept the 4 or 5 that actually mean something, and delete the other 195 196 junks with one click.

Just deny friend requests, period.

Yea. You can block all friend requests. Click "my settings" once in your profile.

You can disable friend requests altogether under your profile settings; making it that no one can friend you.

I definetly agree & I don't know if this is already in FFR, but if it isn't then I think if somebody friend requests you & you deny it, they shouldn't be able to send another friend request to you.

Why would you deny a friendship.

Friendship is everything.

The obvious reason for this is to promote positivism. You should be happy to have friends and you should be accepting them all. You shouldn't be denying the hand of friendship from a single person, let alone a collective group.

Please, You can't tell me everyone you've met has been your friend, and some of the time, you don't even meet them, so what's the point in being their friend?

...And that's what the junk requests are going for. Not to have a decent e-conversation with you, but to further promote their own egos to make them 'stand out' to something or to impress their own friends.

As for the suggestion, I agree that we should have this because I get junk requests all the time.

Who cares, what care is it to you if they want to add you to speak to someone else and say "hey look I'm friends with (name)". If anything it's flattery.

Also, it makes more people know about you and intrinsically this is what's important.

Well then just stick to individually declining friend requests.

Who knows when you will suddenly have a good friend waiting in between all those "junk" requests.

You then decline all friendship requests without realising and before you know it you have forever severed a tie with a possibly life-long friend.
