If this is a known issue I apologize. This problem exists in IE7 but not Mozilla.
If I have a tab open to my profile and open a tab to the main page, let it load, scroll a bit on it, then click back to the profile tab, the profile bits move up the page, the chat stopping at the very top of the screen and the player card stopping a little lower. The distance between the top of the chat and the top of the player card in the before screenshot is the same as the distance between the top of the chat and the top of the ad window in the after screen shot.
Linked due to pagestretch.

After: http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d6...filebroken.jpg
EDIT: Upon further investigation, it doesn't have to be the main page, and you don't have to open it second. I just opened my profile in a new tab, came back to this forum page, scrolled a bit, went back to the profile and the same bug occured.
EDIT2: I can't replicate this on IE7 at work, so I'm thinking it's either the resolution difference (1280x1024 at work, 1680x1050 at home) or just some other random problem with my home computer).
