"New Picture Message" Icon Problem.

Oh hey. So yeah, I have this issue with that "New Picture Message" icon. Every time I click it:

I get this every time:


A picture was there before and it was deleted for some peculiar reason. Now I can't check if I have new picture comments, and that can be a wee bit annoying on my part. So, uhm... anyone who would be able to fix this (Admins?), I would really appreciate it.
