    Why is my ranking undefined

    Hey like when i play a song it wont give me any credits and my ranks say they are undefined whats wrong with my account

          Try clearing your cache, that's what I have to do at school because they have stupid Internet Explorer.
          Alternate option: If you're not using Firefox, go get it.

                      After trying what I said in my earlier post, then I guess you could contact one of the admins.
                      Not sure who would be best in this situation, though...

                          Jasonkey is the besterestest admin. Another tip, clear cache?
                          Removed a .gif image so your total signature size isn't well over 1MB. Keep this in mind for the future.

                              Judging by the 0s with the * next to them in your level rank stats, your scores got wiped. So, judging by the fact that your scores got wiped, you cheated in some way.

                              Your scores aren't recording anymore because you have been blacklisted.

                                  Blackisted, which is permanent. Make a new account, and don't cheat.
