I have this specific background I want to upload (attached with this post). The thing is, it won't upload, so I'm somewhat confused. Basically, my old background works, while the new one doesn't. Before you say, yes, the image fits inside the max image size limit; do backgrounds have to be a specific image type? If so, I can easily fix the problem. Or, is it because you can only have avatar-size-ish backgrounds? Answers would be appreciated.

BTW, the image uploads, but it doesn't show up in the background. Just specificating things.
PS: Fix'd. It was an issue with the image extensions; bmp's can't work as backgrounds. Feel free to lock/delete this thread.
