Changing your banners?

As the title implies, I have trouble changing my banner. After deleting my previous banner and browse/upload my new one, my old banner comes up still even thought it was deleted.

Currently I have no banner until somehow this issue is fixed.

I took some random shots of guesses including deleting cookies and a bunch of far fetched things with no avail.

Does anyone eles have such problem and have the solution for it?

I have the same problem.
I edited a similar animated gif, and deleted my header pictureof the old gif, and uploaded a new one several times with the old one showing up.

The same thing happend for normal pictures.
This topic needs a bump or something.

ok, it just now worked

-I deleted cookies, form data (might not be needed)
-deleted background and header
-uploaded header once
-refreshed the page and it said page needed to resend data like it expired. i canceled
-went back
-uploaded again
-showed up

now that was probably luck of getting the page to expire
,or it finally worked trying to upload it all day back and forth between pictures.

Delete cache.

I used to have this problem, I figured it out, change the banner to what you want, delete cookies, close the window, open a new one, go back to your profile page and it should be sorted out

Just changed this a bit. There should not be any more problems with banner/background images caching.
