the thing that really pisses me off more than anything is when people have ffr profiles just to chat to peple and post pictures and havent even played ffr for once

I have to say, I love the profiles.
I love using them.
I love talking to people.
I'm practically a profile whore.
But, I actually play the game.
I agree.
I think if you want a profile you should at least play SOMETHING on ffr.

Last time I checked Moderators didn't do anything but help keep the site in order, not create new features... But yeah attracting people to the site for it's myspace-like features isn't going to make people play the actual FFR game. It's going to create comment beggars.

ffr is not about just playing the game, it is about creating a gaming community with things that everybody can enjoy. As long as people are enjoying themselves and we attract new people then I don't see what the problem is.

Possibly add some type of restriction on profiles? For instance, you can only start editing your profile after say...250-500 games have been played on that account? I'm not saying it's the best suggestion to fix the issue, but at least it's a suggestion.

Of course, the amount of games that have to be played could always be changed to something lower. Also, what most people need to understand is that some of the people that join FFR just to chat using Profiles might spread the word to their friends, and get them hooked into playing FFR.
