Cannot Edit My Profile?

    Cannot Edit My Profile?

    On my other account, I used to be able to edit my profile but then all of a sudden, today I encounter this when I try to edit it:

    you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
    Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
    If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

    All I want to do is edit my profile. I thought I could go to my options but it keeps bringing me to this page! I can't even post on forums, private message anyone... or anything! What do I do?

      Since you have a new account and you can't do anything I'd try to resend the account activation email and follow the steps from there. I think you can send it via the Quick Links dropdown on the top of the forum bar.

      If all else fails, PM an admin (all of them are listed in the "Show Groups" option at the bottom of the forum homepage).

          Chances are you're under the users awaiting email verification. The emails haven't been getting sent out for some reason or another so you're most likely going to have to contact an admin. You can try Zageron or bmah, they're the most active.

              Your other account is "Restored x Dope" I presume. Indeed your profile status appeared to have been on hold as a user awaiting email confirmation. I corrected that and you should be able to edit your profile. Let me know if it works for you.

                  It's not 'Restored x Dope', the other account I'm having trouble with is 'Vspec900'. If you could fix that one up it'd be great, thanks!
