While the burst stream towards the end can be a little tricky, I don't really think it's worthy of being a VC. Overall, the BPM is all over the place and it can be hard to keep PA, but in terms of FCing/surviving, I think it should be a high 9. :3

In my opinion it is clearly a VC file. It is 4 minutes long with a tons of heavy-split patterns (45 people blackflag it).
Furthermore there is this retarded roll at 850 which is quite tricky to hit.
