It has some pretty fast 24th bursts, difficult trills with jumps interlaced (near the start), some jump rolls ([12][23][34][14], I think), it's pretty difficult over all. I could see this bumped to 10.

Even with those tricky patterns I still think it should be an upper 9. I am too lazy to back this up with other files and whatnot, but I just don't think it deserves to be a 10.

i agree with tofurox. This is a high 9.
just sightread FC'd it w/ mid teens good. i can't do that on a 10.
Yes it has fast parts, but there is buildup to those fast parts, and does feel bursty. also the patterns are pretty friendly.
keep this a 9
